Welcome to Arik Kislin

In 2004, Arik Kislin became part of the general aviation industry with an equity investment in a small charter management company called Air Rutter International. Air Rutter International has been providing air charter services throughout the United States and across the world for the last 12 years, but without Kislin's skills and sage advice a few years ago, Air Rutter International certainly wouldn't be the company you see today.

An FAA Part 135 Operator, Air Rutter International is one of the highest rated companies in terms of aircraft, maintenance, and security. With highly trained staff who all have extensive experience in aviation, Arik Krislin and Air Rutter International are beginning to get the recognition, and the client base, they deserve.

Arik's leadership and guidance recently helped Air Rutter International build new headquarters in the Long Beach Air Center located at the north end of the Long Beach International Airport. A beautiful facility with a 28,000 square foot hangar, the new facility makes this full-service company capable of housing three G-V's. With space for parking, refueling, and maintenance, clients are increasingly pleased with the effect Arik has had on the company. ARI has been literally transformed into a multifaceted firm that consists of a fleet of private jets, a full service private aviation maintenance, fueling, and hanger facilities in addition to a Fixed Base Operation that has terminals for private aviation clients.

A Diversified Approach

Kislin's interests, though, aren't only aviation based. He is currently a principal in Linx Industries, a diversified investment company that has significant stakes in variety of industries. His investment background is primarily real estate based.

Early 1992 had Arik Kislin as a principal in a New York City real estate firm that developed and managed 3.6 million square feet including the prominent Chelsea Market complex. His success initiated the transformation of Manhattan's Meatpacking District from a run down industrial enclave to one of New York City's most sought after neighborhoods, and Chelsea Market was eventually sold to Angelo, Gordon & Co. His interest in the area, though, didn't stop there. In 2001, Mr. Kislin formed a partnership with the Achenbaum family as a principal developer of the Gansevoort Hotel, the property responsible for the additional transformation of the Meatpacking District turning it into a major international fashion, dining, and nightlife destination.

Kislin's ongoing interest in real estate currently has him developing two Gansevoort properties. The first property is located in South Beach in Miami Beach and it includes a hotel, condominiums, a spa and lounge, a high end restaurant, outdoor pool and bar and retail shops. The other location is in New York City and will be located on prestigious Park Avenue. This location will feature a three level indoor/outdoor rooftop bar and pool area. Construction will begin summer of 2008.
